Roof Inspections/Condition/Certifications

Roof Inspection & Condition Certification

Tri-County Engineering & Inspections, Inc offers an independent, third party, inspection for buyers and sellers. We do not install roofing. We offer objective information on the roof system regarding type, condition, life expectancy and recommend immediate needs. Roof inspections are simply inspections that determine the integrity of a roof, how long it may last, and when it will need to be replaced.

If you want your roof inspected, either for insurance purposes, purchasing of a property or for your own peace of mind, contact Tri-County Engineering & Inspections We will evaluate your roof thoroughly and provide a report with pictures of its condition.

We offer several different types of Roof Inspections and project planning.

Citizens Insurance requires Roof Condition Certification inspections. This is usually an inspection that has to be done, or your insurance will be terminated. Homes over 25 years old with a shingle roofs, tile roofs & flat roofs for homes are usually candidates. Citizens Roof Condition Certification Form (CIT RCF-1 1108) is our default form for this type of inspection.
